Delivery
The Service is a digital cloud service; nothing is shipped physically. The plan you purchase is activated in your account immediately after the bank approves the payment and appears in the console.
If activation is delayed, contact us with your payment confirmation and the e-mail address registered to your account; it is resolved within the same business day.
Accepted payment methods
- Bank and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Troy.
- All card payments are taken with 3D Secure authentication through the bank's virtual POS.
- For business customers on yearly plans, payment by bank transfer is available on request; the Service is then activated once the payment reaches our account.
Prices, taxes and invoices
- Prices are shown in Turkish Lira, VAT included.
- Monthly plans are charged monthly and yearly plans yearly, in advance at the start of the period; usage-based fees are calculated at the end of the period.
- An electronic invoice is issued for every charge and sent to your registered e-mail address; invoices can also be downloaded from the Billing section of the console.
Payment security
Your card details are never stored on our site or console; the payment step takes place on the bank's PCI DSS compliant virtual POS page. All traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted with TLS.
