Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by NESNET INTERNET HIZMETLERI TIC A.S. ("NESNET") as data controller, as described below.

Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: name, e-mail address, phone number.
- Account and billing: username, legal name, billing address, tax or national ID number, invoice records.
- Transactions and usage: session logs, project and deployment history, usage metrics, IP address and browser information.
- Payment: amount, date, last four digits and the bank's transaction reference (the full card number is never processed by us).
Purposes and legal bases
- Concluding and performing the membership agreement; providing the Service, invoicing and collection (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Meeting retention and reporting obligations under tax and commercial law (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).
- Ensuring information security, preventing abuse and measuring service quality (KVKK art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
- Sending product announcements with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Transfers
Your personal data is transferred, strictly for the stated purpose, to the bank for payment processing, to the authorised e-invoice integrator, to the e-mail delivery provider for service e-mails, and to competent authorities where legally required. It is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of membership and 1 year after account closure; invoice and payment records for 10 years as required by law; access logs for 2 years. Data is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if so
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK
- Request that corrections, erasure and destruction be notified to third-party recipients
- Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
