Main characteristics of the Service
nesly is a cloud software service that builds your application from source code or a container image and publishes it at an internet address. The contents of the plan you select (quotas, resources, add-ons) are shown on the pricing page and the order screen.
Price, taxes and payment
- Prices are shown in Turkish Lira, VAT included; the amount on the order screen is the total you pay.
- Payment is taken by bank or credit card with 3D Secure authentication. Card details are processed on the bank's virtual POS page and are not stored by us.
- The subscription renews on the same terms at the end of each period unless cancelled; the renewal fee is charged to the stored card. Cancellation is a single step in the console.
- An electronic invoice is issued for every charge and sent to your e-mail address.
Performance (delivery)
The Service is digital and is activated immediately once payment is approved. There is no delivery charge.
Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of the agreement date. If you consent to the service starting immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; however, on a first purchase we refund within 14 days provided the service has not been used.
